Section St., Fairhope, AL • Approval of Minutes for December 15 , 2009 meeting • Wetlands Mitigation Bank project • Setting the date for the February meeting • Baldwin County EMA Hurricane Expo -May 22, 2010 • Treasurer's report • New business Schedule Of Future Meetings (Note: Regular meetings are on the 3 rd Tuesday of each month at 4:30 p.m. in the Mayor's Conference Room at City Hall, 161 N. Section St., Fairhope, AL.) • Next regular meeting: February, 2010 -date to be determined The Fairhope Airport Authority met Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at 4 :30 PM at the City Administration Building, 161 N. Section Street. Present: Chuck Zunk, Members Joe McEnerney, Charlie Bassett, Dan Stankoski, Howard Haldey. David Bagwell, Attorney, Rod Platt, Howard Hadley; Absent: Pam Caudill and Gregg Mims. Guest: Christopher Baker. Pandora Heathcoe , City Administrative Assistant took the minutes. The minutes of the December 15th meeting were considered and duly approved on motion by 1st Charlie Bassett, 2 nd by Dan Stankoski and unanimously carried . Next Meetini, -The next monthly meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, February 17 at 4 :30 p.m . and duly approved on motion by 1st Howard Hadley, 2nd by Rod Platt and unanimously carried . Baldwin County EMA Hurricane Exp -Chuck Zunk reported he had spoken to the EMA concerning the upcoming Hurricane Expo being held at the Robertsdale Coliseum on May 22, 2010 . There will be Hurricane Hunters flying into Keesler AFB but and would like to have them at the Fa i rhope Airport for a day. The City would provide security and fire protection . T here would only be one aircraft. This was approved on motion by 1st Howard Hadley, 2nd by Charlie Bassett and unanimously carried . Wetlands Mitigation Bank project -Guest, Christopher Baker brought six d ifferent layouts and descriptions of the options for each layout. Each layout displayed: the number of lots that could be developed , amount of infrastructure costs per lot, range of acres per lot, proposed wetland areas, total wetland acreage on-site, and total estimated credits in dollars . Board members voiced that they preferred Option 5 but with all the development kept on the West side. The Board also voiced how they believe the road should have access to both County Road 32 and County Road 98 . They felt that limiting the access to both roads would decrease the land value for sale . The Board also voiced how they would like to "name the stream ." The $SOOK stream credit is a fixed figure . Christopher Baker said he would redo the displays and have them ready for the next meeting in February. He also stated that the survey is complete. Treasurer's Report -Due to the City clos i ng the year end , there are not any financial statements for December available at th is time . There have not been any new expenses to date. The ONO policy has been renewed . There is also $100 ,000 in the bank that still needs to be placed in a CD . 1 165 New Business-Rod Platt stated that the URL has been renewed with Godaddy.com for $15 .37. Charlie Zunk stated that the FFA has advised that they will be changing the identifier code from 4R4 to KCQF.
