Minutes of the Regular Meeting Of the Fairhope Economic and Industrial Development Board 6 March 2012 4 The regular meeting, duly noticed to the public, was called to order by Chairman Charles Bassett at 6:00PM at the Delchamps Room, of the Fairhope Civic Center. Members present in addition were Rusty Winfree, Gary Moore, and Daniel Stankoski. Member Hubert Hinote was absent. A quorum was present and declared . Several visitors were in attendance as well : Josh Thornton of the Baldwin Economic Development Alliance was present; representing Aero-Mark MRO, LLC were Michael Jones and Johnnie Miller. Tut Wynne, the City of Fairhope's Attorney, was also present. The minutes of the previous meeting (14 December 2011) had been distributed by email and copies were also available for review and approval at this meeting. Upon a motion by Gary Moore, seconded by Dan Stankoski, the minutes were approved unanimously. Under Treasurer's report, Chairman Charles Bassett reported that he was unable to get current balance verification in time for the meeting. The previous balance reported was $9 ,389 .55 . The balance will be verified and reported at our next meeting. Under new business, Tut Wynne discussed the lease between Air Inc. and the City of Fairhope . Paragraph 11-2 of the lease gives the lessee the option to purchase the property for $1,000. The original owner of Air Inc . was Stan Waters. The current owner of the property is Greeno Road Properties, LLC. The principal is Mark Lee. Tut Wynne will review the history of all the assignments of the original lease. Upon a motion by Gary Moore to approve the purchase of the property by Mark Lee of Greeno Road Properties, LLC in the amount of $1,000 subject to review and approval of all the assignments of the original lessor by Tut Wynne, seconded by Dan Stankoski, the motion was approved unanimously. There being no further business, and the agenda complete, upon a motion by Gary Moore and seconded by Dan Stankoski the meeting was adjourned upon the unanimous vote in the affirmative at 7:00 p.m. Dated .
