Next reg ul ar meeting: Friday, November 16, 2 012 COUNTY OF BALDWIN Personnel Board met at 9:00 a.m., Civic Center -Delchamps Room, 161 North Section Street, Alabama 36532, on Friday, 19 October, 2012 Present were: Members: Beeman Bond, Diane Thomas , Wayne Griffin, Judy Hale , and Pandora Heathcoe , City Human Resource Director. Absent was Lorenzo Howard, Chairman and Lonnie Mixon , City Council Liaison. The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. Minutes from the September 19, 2012 were approved by a first motion set forth by Beeman Bond and second by Judy Hale. Judy Hale previously supplied a revised handout concerning the potential Personnel Board Disciplinary Appeal Process and how the flow of holding the meeting would progress. It was further discussed in that Judy stressed this would be a visual for those who do not understand the complete process. Judy requested a copy of the City of Fairhope's Personnel Rules, Policies and Procedures so a similar visual may be done regarding the steps heading up to the disciplinary process. Diane Thomas commented that the compensation study was complete and passed by the City Council therefore the Human Resource Department would be moving forward to implement it. Judy Hale moved the meeting be adjourned and Diane Thomas seconded the motion. The next regularly scheduled Personnel Board meeting will be held Friday, November 16, 2012 at 9:00 AM in the Delchamps Room of City Hall. There being no further business , the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 AM.
