The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30p.m.,
Delchamps Room, 161 North Section Street,
Fairhope, Alabama 36532, on Monday, 10 November 2014.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Rich Mueller,
Diana Brewer, Michael A. Ford, and Kevin Boone, Mayor Timothy M. Kant, City
Attorney Marion E. Wynne, and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:31 p.m. The City Council
reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00p.m.
Council President Burrell stated there was a need to add an agenda item after Agenda
Item Number 11; a request from Michael Graham, Executive Director with The
Haven, requesting to hold their annual Mystic Mutts of Revelry Parade on Saturday,
February 7, 2015 and to close streets (Morphy Avenue, S. School Street, Fairhope
Avenue, and Bancroft Avenue); and use of the Fairhoper's Community Park between
12:00 p.m. to 3:00p.m.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting
was duly adjourned at 5:41p.m.
