The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30p.m.,
Delchamps Room, 161 North Section Street,
Fairhope, Alabama 36532, on Monday, 27 April2015.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Rich Mueller,
Diana Brewer, Michael A. Ford, and Kevin Boone, and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks.
Mayor Timothy M. Kant and City Attorney Marion E. Wynne were absent.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:50 p.m. The City
Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00
p.m. Councilmember Boone stated he would be abstaining on Agenda Item No.8: the
resolution to award bid for Base and Pavement for the Fairhope Soccer Complex Project
2015 to Summit Industries, LLC.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:53p.m.
