The City Council met in an Agenda Meeting at 5:30 p.m.,
Fairhope Municipal Complex Council Chamber,
161 North Section Street, Fairhope, Alabama 36532,
on Monday, May 8, 2017.
Present were Council President Jack Burrell, Councilmembers: Jay Robinson,
Jimmy Conyers, Robert Brown, and Kevin Boone, Mayor Karin Wilson, City Attorney
Marion E. Wynne, and City Clerk Lisa A. Hanks.
Council President Burrell called the meeting to order at 5:46 p.m. The City
Council reviewed and discussed the agenda for their meeting to be held today at 6:00
p.m. He stated that Agenda Item Number 10 will be pulled from the agenda at the
request of the contractor; and we will add on a resolution for final payment to Walcott,
Adams, Vemeuille Architects, Inc. for professional architectural services performed for
the exterior repairs and maintenance at the Fairhope Library.
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was
duly adjourned at 5:52 p.m.
