Present: Joe McEnerney, Chairman, Vince Boothe, Pam Caudill, Will Bruce. Jack Burrell, Ray Hix and Chip Groner were absent. Also present was attorney Josh Myrick, and Hank Eubanks with Volkert. Cynthia A Boothe took the minutes. The purpose of the "Special Call Meeting" was to discuss key aspects of the development of the East side project in a working group environment The meeting started with Hank Eubanks (Volkert LLC) showed the group a map of the East Side and went over the scope of work included in Phase IV. Access and location of a future east side fueling facility. Mr. Boothe suggested that the proposed central fueling facility be relocated at the end of the new taxiway adjacent to County Road 13. He felt that having the facility across from the proposed general aviation terminal and adjacent to the new entry to the Airport was unattractive. The relocation of the fueling facility would require aircraft to be fueled by fueling trucks and would need future AIP funding for access and full development. Road access to the future general aviation terminal building. The access road to the general aviation terminal did not change. The decision was made to put the special petroleum resistant asphalt adjacent to the terminal to mitigate fuel spills. Also, Hank Eubanks would confirm that the height of the proposed terminal would not encroach on the Airport's existing landing pattern. Size and funding for a parking lot for the terminal building. After a group discussion it was decide the proposed parking lot adjacent to the general aviation terminal was large enough. Joe McEnerney told the group the cost for paving the parking lot has to be included in the funding to build the terminal in that the FAA will not pay for ground side improvements. Road access to the first set of corporate hangars on the east side. Mr. Boothe noted that in the current development plans, the only access to the corporate hangars was via the taxiways. After a discussion it was decided to apply for 2019 AIP funds to build a stub road behind the proposed cluster of corporate hangars. There being no further business the meeting was adjourned. rMA Joe Mc nerney, Chairman i • -• by Cynthia A B/oothe
