County of Baldwin
The Town Council of the Town of Fairhope met in regular
session at the Town Hall, April 11, 1949 with the
following members present: Yayor, T.J.Klumpp Sr.,
Councilmen: M.C. Berglin, J. T. Bradford, E. B. Overton
and Ira Steele.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read
and approved.

Councilmen Berglin there -fore r-,cved that the said
Ordinance be finally passed alid be acopted as introduced.
Councilman Steele seconded the motion.
The question beinf7 put upon the fii,al passage and
adoption of the said Ordinance, the roll was called with
the following results:
Voting Aye: Mayor Klumpp, Councilmen Bergl".n,
Bradford, Overton and Steele.
Voting oting Nay: None.
Thereupon, the il.1'ayor declared said motion carried
and the Ordinance finally passed and adopted. The
Mayor thereupon si:.,,ned said Ord-Jrarce in approval of
the sane.
Motion by Councilman Bradford seconded 'by Councilman
Overton that Ralph H. Browr be elected as Town Council-
nan to fill the vacancy left by the resignation of
C..D.Niemeyer. The roll was called wit', the following
results: Voting Aye: Yayor Klumpp, Councilmen Berglin,
Bradford, Overton and Steele. Voting Nay: None.
The 111'ayor thereupon declared Ralph H. Brown elected,
Yoticn by Councilman Bradford seconded by Councilman
Zerglin that the revised application of Leslie B.
Williams for building perrIlt on Lot 27, Block 1,
Ingleside be allowed. Yoticn carried.
It was duly moved and seconded tYat the meeting adjourn.
Yotion carried.
