Berglin, Sam Dyson, C.A. Gaston H.P. Kamper and J.O. Stimpson, the same constituting the full membership of the Town Council. The mintues of the previous regular meeting were approved as read. Berglin and seconded by Councilman H.P* Kamper that the Forster bill for fuel oil deliveries of June be allowed subject to correction of per gallon charge to 5 cents. Motion carried. It was moved by Councilman I.O. Betrglin and seconded by Councilman Sam Dyson that A.E. Reynolds and J.H. Kearley' be authorized to construct wharf at the foot of Pecan St. upon their entering into an agreement with the Town app- roved by the Mayor with such terms as the Mayor shall deem proper.
