Berglin that a $5.00 ad be secured in the Fairhope High School Annual. Motion carried. t was moved by Councilman J.O. Stimpson and seconded by Councilman C.A..Gaston t1lat the mayor be authorized to est- ablish a garbage collection service beginning April 1st and that the following rules beadopted: GARBAGE SERVICE RULES t Each person or firm must supply an approvect container in suitable condition, manufactured for the purpose, with lid designed to eliminate accidental spilling of contents, if container is upset, etc. No cans, $lad"s, ashes, papers or other trash are to be placed in garbagb* Glass and pun=-- ched cans will be gathered on same trip, if placed in suit- able sized containers to avoid spilling out. Garbage and other containers must be placed in access- ible locations to be approved by sanitary officer. Containers placed out for collection after vehicle: has passed must be taken back on the premise, until neDtt dollect- ion date. Brush, limbs, leaves and trash of this nature must be disposed of on owner'-s premises or hauled at owner's expense to approved dumping ground as scarcity of labor and extra expense incurred in establishing the very essential garbage "**,_��service. prohibits a continuation of this service. It was moved by Councilman C.A. Gaston and seconded by council- man M.O. Berglin cthdt the salary of Elmer Butgeriet be raised to $82.50, effective April loth. Motion carried. It was moved by Councilman H.P. Kamper and seconded by Council- man 11.0. Berglin that the fuel discussion be taken up at next f`egular meeting. Motion carried.
