Litigation status — Mike Ford reported on the settlement with Austin Beasley and his wife. He reported we finally got a letter from the Corps of Engineers that said we don't need a permit. A discussion was held on the placing of the rip rap and who would do it. Esfeller had agreed to do it before all the trouble started. Colton said he does not mind calling and see if they still will do it otherwise the city will have to do it.
