COUNTY OF BALDNIN
The Water and Sewer Board of the City of Fairhope met in regular session,
Wednesday, September 10, 1958, at the City Hall, with the following present.
Chairman A.C. Mannich, R. Roy Moyer, R. R. Teamer, City Manager, C. B.
Niemeyer, George Dyson and Frank Wiggins.
Motion by Mr. Moyer, seconded by Mr. Teamer that Eloise T. Wilson be appointed
acting secretary during the absence of Mrs. Moore. Motion carried.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.
Motion by Mr. Moyer, seconded by Mr. Teamer that the following bills be
approved for payment. Motion carried.

Motion by Mr. Teamer, seconded by Mr. Moyer that the Water and Sewer Board
pay one-half of the total cost of installing water and sewer lines from the
high school to the stadium. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Mr. Teamer, seconded by Mr. Moyer that the Water and Sewer Board
pay one-third of the total expenses of the City Managers trip to the
convention in Oallas. Motion carried unanimously
It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
