COUNTY OF BALInVIN
The Water and Sewer Board of the City of Fairhope met in regular session
at the City Hall, Wednesday_, August 9, 1956 with the following members
presents Chairman Arthur C. Mannich, L. A. Berglin, Sr., and R. Roy Moyers.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved as read.
Motion by Mr. Berglin seconded by Mr. Moyers that the following bills be
approved for payments Motion carried.

Mr. George Fuller, Jr., Mr. David Fuller and Mr. Dan Benton of Spanish Fort
Estates, Inc. met with the Board to discuss the possibility of the Board
entering into contract with Spanish Fort Estates, Inc. for water distribution
in proposed sub -division. Held for further study.
Motion by Mr. Moyers seconded` by Mr. Berglin that the Board accept proposed'
Extension of Sanitary Sewer System of Fairhope, klabama, to Gooden's Sub-
division, dated June, 1956, by Claude W. Arnold, Engineer, provided construc-
tion is carried out under supervision of a Registered Civil Engineer. Motion

The Secretary was instructed to write a letter to the C ommodore of the Fairhope
Yacht Club quoting Section Five of lease agreement between the City of Fairhope
and the Yacht Club pertaining to water pipes in Fly Creek.
It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn. Motion carried.
