03-14-1956 Regular Meeting
f State of Alabama ©ounty of Baldwin The Water and Sewer Board of the City of Fa:i rhope met in regular sess i -n at the City Hall, Wednesday, March 14, 1956 with the following members present: Chairman R. Roy Moyers, A. C. Mannich, L. A. Berglin,Sr., and C. B. Niemeyer, City Manager. The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and approved. Motion by Mr. Mannich seconded by Mr. Berglin that the following Resolution be adopted. BE IT RESOLVED by this WaterBoard of the City of Fairhope that it is and shall be the policy of this Water Board that whenever additional water mains are needed within the City Limits by parties desiring to connect there- with, that this Water Board will pay the cost thereof not to exceed 4100.00, and that if the cost thereof shall exceed $100.00 the Water Board will make such extension provided the person or persons desiring to connect there- with shall pay th& additional cost; when installed the main extension shall be the property of this Water Board without claim thereto by the person or persons contributing to the cost of such extension. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Mannich seconded by Mr. � Berglin that the Water Board accept re - the bid of Mr. M. Dyson as submitted to build new pump house.
