County of Baldwin
The Water and Sewer Board of the City of Fairhope met in
regular session at the City Hall, Wednesday, February 10,
1954 with the following members present: Chairman R. Roy
Moyers, L. A. Berglin, Sr., A. C. Mannich and C. B. Niemeyer,
City Manager.
The minutes of the previous regular meeting were read and
approved as read.
Motion by Mr. Mannich seconded by Mr. Berglin that the follow-
ing bills be approved for payment:

Mr. Floyd Bung, E. G. Rickarby, Jr. and George Stejskal met
with the Board with a request that the Board run water line
north 2376 feet on Greeno Road from Edwards Avenue, the cost
of pipe and installation to be paid by users plus a $30 .00
Water Connection fee for each connection.
Motion by Mr. Mannich seconded by 1dir. Berglin that the Water
and Sewer Board install water pipe on above terms. Motion
carried.
Chester Hunt met with the Board with a request that the water
line be extended 12,000 to serve approximately 40 water customers
in Houstonville, cost of line and installation to be paid for
by customers. The board requested Mr. Dyson to measure line
and figure cost for the next regular meetingof the Board.
Sewer charges for industrial users was discussed but no action
taken a t this time.
It was duly moved and seconded that the meeting adjourn.
Motion carried.
