Present: Chairman Sue Mason; members Khim Vira, Buzz Coiling, Bill Payne The minutes of the September 8, meeting were duly approved as written. A report was given on Mr. Clark's payment. He is 4 months behind. The secretary will get with Attorney Wynne and ask him to send Mr. Clark a letter. Bill Payne gave a report on meeting with the state representative about the proposed runway repair project. There was no further business and meeting was duly adjourned.
