The Board discussed with him several things pro and con they had observed. It was a general feeling on both parts that they needed to work on personnel. He wished the Board to consider hiring someone on a permanent basis to clean them. Discussion brought out that it was the high school's responsibility when they were using the facility but other organizations were responsible when they used it. Barney suggested going to Grady Patrick and discussing the problem with him. He said he could go Friday. Al said he could go also. If this does not work we can then hire some- body. Trisha asked about the possibility of putting a new gate on the visitor's side at the stadium. She remarked that there had been some problems.
