Dear Mr. Dupler:
LYNN ADAMS
SECRETARY
In reference to your request concerning the use
of the football stadium on April 9, 1977, for a Soccer
Match & Barbecue, the Fairhope Recreation Board is very
delighted to grant you permission for use of the stadium
at this time. As this will be a time for the Soccer Club
and the Optimist Club to meet together, we feel sure you
will do your best to maintain the upkeep of the field.
Being this field is made specifically for football, we
recommend that it should be used for soccer play only
this one time unless otherwise authorized.
Thank you for your interest in use of the football
stadium. If the Fairhope Recreation Board can ever be
of service to you, please do not hesitate to call on us.
Sincerely,
