The Fairhope Park and Recreation Board met in special session
on Wednesday, March 10, 1976 at 7:00 P.M., at the City Administration
Building, 387 Fairhope Avenue, Fairhope, Alabama with Chairman
Barney Shull presiding.
The following members were present: Mr. Charlie Gravat, Mrs.
Jean Smith and Mr. Jack Stipes.
Member David Stapleton was absent at the meeting.
Also present were Maintainence Director, Phil Rutherford and
Programs Director, Eddie Nelson.
This being date set for the opening of bids on poles and
Lighting for the Little League Baseball Field, the following
bids were received:

The lowest bid on Poles was from Huxford Pole and Piling, Huxford,
Alabama. The lowest bid received on Lighting was from Turner Supply
Company, Mobile, Alabama.
