HomeMy WebLinkAbout11-15-1972 Regular MeetingTHE FAIRHOPE PARK AND RECREATION HOARD The Fairhope Park and Recreation Board met in in regular session Wednesday, November 15, 1972 at 7:30 P.M., at the City Administra- tion Building. Present: Chairman Shull, members Stapleton and Majors. Absent: Members Allen and Dr. Johnson. Minutes of previous meeting were approved as written. Motion by Mr. Stapleton to approve bills for payment. Seconded by Mr. Majors, motion carried unanimously. Mr. Stapleton moved to allow $400.00 to Eddie Nelson for work performed for fGotball program. Motion seconded by Mr. Majors and carried. Motion by Mr. Majors, seconded by Mr. Stapleton to accept budget as set out by Mr. Shull for years 1972-73. Mr. Stapleton seconded and motion carried. Motion by Mr. Majors to allow $2,400.00 for the years 1972-"j� to Adult Tourist Recreation, said money to be paid as in previous years. Motion seconded by Mr. Stapleton and carried. Mr. Stapleton moved to allow $500.00 to Fairhope SeniorHigh School toward state play-off to help defray expenses. Motion seconded by Mr. Shull and carried.
