Attn: jar. Barney Shull, Chairman
Dear Mr. Shull:
I am writing concerning the payment on the coke machine
owed the City of Fairhope by the Little League Baseball.
We are in the process of purchasing playing equipment and
renewing our charter and insurance. It would put the Little
League finances in jeopardy to pay this at the present time.
If possible we would like to postpone this payment until
we have received the sponsors and insurance fees.
Thenking you for your consideration in this latter. I
would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.
Very truly yours,
Tom Wodjenski
Little League President
