Motion by Dr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Chatwood that the minutes be approved as corrected, substituting the words,"contract fees" for "salaries" in paragraph nine (9). motion carried. Motion by Dr. Johnson, seconded by Mr. Burton that the bills as listed with one addition, be approved forpayment. motion carried. Motion by Mr. Stipes, seconded by Mr. Chatwood that contract fee of $200.00 for officials for the Adult Basketball Program be approved. Motion carried. Motion by Mr. Burton, seconded by Dr. Johnson that Coach W. C. Majors be reappointed as Recreation Director for the 1966-67 season at the same salary paid for 1965-66. motion carried. Special meeting is called for Monday, February 21, 1966 at 7:30 p.m., to interview applicants for summer Recreation 19rogram. Motion by Mr. Burton, seconded by Mr. Chatwood that a one dollar ($1.00) fee for registration and hospitalization insurance be collected from every participant in Little League, Connie Mack and Babe Ruth programs. Motion carried. Coach Majors announced that he had orddred t-s- of L-i i.i=-1 p L-eevxe uniforms. He was instructed to get three sets of bids, each lump sum and item by item, on equipment needed, said bids to be opened at the March meeting.CI��Gd There being no further business, meeting adjourned.
