Members Absent: Member-'Chatxood Visitors: Coach Majors, Mayor Macon, Mr. Belew, Kirs, Valentim, and Crow. Motion by Mr. Burton, seconded by Mr. Stipes that minutes be approved as written, motion carried. Motion by Mr. Burton, seconded by Dr. Johnson that the bills be approved as listed, motion carried. Mr. Stipes reported on progress of Little League and Babe Ruth fields, listing services and materials being donated and approximate post of items to be bought. All work as to follow league regulations and be accomplished as funds per- mit. Coach Majors reported that Mr. Lipscomb had offered the use of the school gymnasium for the basketball program at any time that it is not being used by the school. Five Men's basketball teams have been set up. Coach announces that some football and baseball uniforms have not been turned in; methods of collecting same discussed. Mr. Majors instructed to report next month•3on recommendations for controlling of uniforms and supervising of gymnasium. Mr. Majors also authorized to engage person to o en and lose sium�during basketball proJyram.E,� - j ual audits were�istribut d for study and discussion at next meeting. Letters of appreciation for recreation program from local citizens read and placed on file. Mayor Macon suggested joint meeting of Recreation Board and City Council on future long range plans for financing. Secre- tary to aat be notified. of date. Your organization hereby agrees to assume all responsibility 'for ' any and all damage which may be done by your members or by your guests to the building its equipment, furniture and/or its facilities at Ft Riel during occupancy of said building by your organization, and to pay for any such damage upon rendition by the Management of Ft Riel to your organization of a certified invoice for same. 4.
