She said we have not signed the lease yet, Thompson Engineering is doing tests on the soil around the tanks. She told of the meeting that she, Mayor Nix and Teledyne representatives had. That everything is going as it should, we are just going through the hoops. That as of now we have a projection of possibly April 1 for them opening at the airport. She talked about the proposal that we have received from BP. That we are still buying from Exxon but Teledyne will have to work out their own arrangements. That we will probably install tanks above ground, or have a truck, but if we install above ground need to move fueling area across the road, not put back where they are now. Sue mentioned that with the extension of the road at the airport she has had a couple of inquiries about corporate hangars. There was an update discussion on the ongoing lawsuit. Tut Wynne had submitted a bill for November/December work. A motion was made by Bill Payne, seconded by Buzz Coiling to pay. Motion carried unanimously. Mike Baugh asked if we could get Tut to come to the next meeting to discuss with us further the Clark case. There being no further business, meeting was duly adjourned.
