Present: Chairman Sue Mason; members Jeanette Puckett, Andy Huggins, Mike Baugh, William Payne A financial report was given and the minutes were approved as written. Mr. Joseph Tranchina had asked to be on the agenda but we had not heard from him and he did not appear. Mrs. Mason gave a report on the status of the roof, and the one bid that we had received from Kemko. She said things are proceeding and we have received the money from the film company. She also reported that there is nothing happening right now with the FAA, but, the engineer is attuned and if anything comes down he is aware and will let us know. Mr. Clark had made a reduction in his payments due and Mrs. Mason had reported that things are slowly picking up. Mike offered that — may be as long as 1995 before things get better. All agreed we still wished to work with him. Sue gave a status report on the flight school, Destiny, and they are doing well, starting off slowly, conservatively. Mrs. Mason mentioned that before the year 2000 we are going to have to remove the underground tanks at the airport and that it will be an expense of the airport board. That we should be aware of this and thinking about it. There being nothing further to bring up, meeting was duly adjourned. Note: there was no meeting in September
