Idlewild Phase One - Final Plat approval of 8 lots of Sara Klumpp/FSTC
on Thompson Hall Road and County Road 48. Mr. Sanderson asked Mr.
Lunsford for his recommendation. He said that the subject land is zoned R-2
with 50 ft. frontage setback, the lots will be connected to city sewer.

that the plat appears to be in good order and the installments have been
installed. That the streets and drainage are subject to County Engineer's
