Section Street Present: Chairman Richard Sanderson; members Cecil Pitman, Cindy McBrearty, William Lucey, James P. Nix, John Duck, Tim Kant, Maxwell Killoch, William Richmond The minutes of the October 7, 1991 meeting were duly approved as written on motion by Maxwell Kilioch, seconded by Tim Kant and unani- mously carried. The Commission accepted for public hearing at the December meeting a re -zone request from R-2 Medium Density Single -Family Residential to P-1 Parking, application of Trinity Presbyterian Church, for property at 22 Orange Street. Motion was made by Cindy McBrearty seconded by Cecil Pitman and unanimously carried. The Commission considered for preliminary approval a 46 lot subdivision, Silverwood, Unit One located on the west side of County Road 27, at 3300 feet south of County Road 32. Comprised of 24 acres within the South- east Quarter of Section 3, T7S, R2E. Mr. Lunsford had recommended preliminary approval subject to: 1. That additional area required for a full sized cul-de-sac at the temporary end of Silverwood Drive be shown as a reversionary easement, and that the full sized cul-de-sac be installed. 2. Approval of underground sewage disposal be shown on the plat by health authorities. 3. That all utilities and fire protection facilities meet the minimum standards of the City of Fairhope and/or the utility supplier. 4. That the plans conform to minimum requirements of the County as well as those of the City. 5. That construction supervision be by an Ala. Regis tered Professional Engineer sufficient to enable said engineer to provide final certification of as built plans upon completion of improvements. 6. That all bearings on all lot lines, boundaries and streets by shown on the plat and two copies furnished to zoning officer after additions. 7. A pre -construction conference be held with: engineer of record, Fairhope Water Supt., Fairhope Fire Chief, Project Const. Engineer, and Zoning Officer. James P. Nix moved that preliminary approval be granted subject to 7 conditions set out. William Lucey seconded and motion carried unanimously. There being no further business, meeting was duly adjourned.
