located off Fairhope Avenue across from the Middle School. Bob's comments

final approval. Mr. Lucey moved to grant final approval sought, Maxwell
Killoch seconded and motion carried unanimously.

Estates brought up by Mr. Claude Jansen. The information was presented,

Also for discussion was a 13 lot subdivision of Mr. Tom Brown lots on Dyson,
Third & Fig Sts. Bob related that 12 of the lots met subdivision regulations
however the 13th lot is useable but the developer would have to take into
consideration odd configuration and possibly restrictions regarding placement
of driveway. Linda Moore was present and related that the lot contained

that he would also wish to do the same thing with the 1 Z-2 story homes that
he would like to put on Edwards Avenue. During the conversation it was con-
veyed that R-4 would be unacceptable, we would need assurance that single
family homes would be built, possibly come with a building plan in hand when
re -zone request is made. Starke showed an artist rendering of what proposed
He was told if he makes this clear to residents in area that they most likely
would accept proposal. All members felt what presented good idea.
There being no further business, meeting was duly adjourned.
