at 5:00 p.m. at the City Municipal Complex, 161 N. Section Street.
Present: Chairman Maxwell Killoch; members Tim Kant, William Lucey,
James P. Nix, Cecil Pitman,Cindy McBrearty, Richard Sanderson

The purpose of the meeting was to consider an application for a re -sub-
division of the Frederick Corte leasehold in the NW4 of the SE4 of Section
16, property located at Highway 48 and Troyer Road, Southeast, a division
of one lot into two.
The Fairhope Single Tax Corporation had sent a letter saying that the
Executive Council had approved this division.
Mayor Nix moved as everything was in order to approve application
as proposed, Cindy McBrearty seconded and motion carried unanimously.
There being no further business, meeting was duly adjourned.
