UR 22.12 Request of CSpire for an 11.52.11 Utility Review and approval of the proposed underground installation of approximately 5,536 LF of buried fiber cable in the ROW of County Road 13 from Fairhope Avenue to Mosley Road. B. ZC 22.08 Public hearing to consider the request of the Applicants, Clint Martin and Natalie Maddox, acting on behalf of the Owner, Dynamic Holdings LLC, to establish an initial zoning of B-2, General Business District, concurrent with conditional annexation into the City of Fairhope.
