Further study revealed that the plat of LeaBrook was recorded but to date no paving has been done. Still further research due to request now, revealed that s/d was not recorded until June of 1981. Bob reported that at this time they were requesting some transfer on the leaseholds. He recommen< ed that we require the paving necessary on this subdivision and that the water main(at least a 6") be installed properly. A motion was made by J.P.
