approval of the proposed installation of approximately 19,696 linear foot of directional and
missile bore conduit for fiber optic cable in the right-of-way beginning at 700 Crystal Wells
Court North throughout the Belle Chase and Song Grove Subdivisions.
B. SR 22.01 Request of the Applicant, Forrest Daniell and Associates, on behalf of
the owner KWH Properties, LLC, for Site Plan Approval of Polo Crossing. The property is
approximately 1.77 acres and is located on the east side of US Highway 98, 0.5 miles north
