ZC 21.12 Public hearing to consider the request of Percy Dale to rezone property from R-1 Low Density Single Family to HTD (Highway Transition District). The property is approximately 0.87 acres and is located on the west side of South Greeno Road, south of Carter Lane at 19327 Greeno Road. PPIN #: 6725 B. ZC 21.15 Public hearing to consider the request of the Applicant, David Diehl PLS, acting on behalf of the owner, Burgess Thomasson, to amend the existing PUD (Planned Unit Development) for Montrose Preserve.
