UR 21.03 Request of AT&T for an 11.52.11 Utility Review and approval of the proposed installation of one small cell antenna and equipment to existing AT&T wireline light pole. The project will be located on Volanta Avenue, at 106 Volanta Avenue. B. UR 21.04 Request of C-Spire for an 11.52.11 Utility Review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 37,705 linear foot of directional boring for metro fiber cable generally located south of Highway 104 and west of Highway 98/Greeno Road. Also included is the request for approximately 149,636 linear foot of residential fiber generally located south of North Avenue, north of Echo Lane, and west of Section Street; on Volanta Avenue east of Section Street; and within the Plantation Pines Subdivision. C. ZC 21.11 Public hearing to consider the request of Anthony Tkac and Kristin Kalmbacher to rezone property from R-4 Low Density Multi-Family Residential District to R-3 TH High Density Single-Family Townhouse Residential District. The property is approximately 0.40 acres and is located at the east terminus of Gaston Ave and on the east side of S. Section Street, at 211 S. Section Street. PPIN #: 41038 D. SD 21.38 Public hearing to consider the request of Summer Lane Partners, LLC for Final plat approval of Summer Lane, a 15-lot subdivision. The property is approximately 5.22 acres and is located at the east terminus of Summer Lane and on the west side of S. Section Street. PPIN #: 5611 4. Old/New Business • SD 21.29 Windmill Professional Park -Request of 30-day extension of plat approval to obtain final signatures and record plat. 5. Adjourn
