it leaves more area for common landscaping. It was also pointed

recommend approval of plans submitted with Bob's five points
noted: 1) Ord. Sec. 5.31 it being presumed that review as a
planned Unit Development as per Sec. 5.1 supercedes Zoning
requirements as to district. 2) Ord. Sec. 5.33 Provision of this
section as to condominiums is diametrically opposed to condominiul
concept and should be deemed inapplicable. 3) Ord. Sec. 5.62
Commission is authorized by Sec. 4.744(c) to permit 3 stories.
4) Incorporation of 3 unit model into PUD will require acceptance
by Commission per Sec. 5.63. 5) Definite time for completion
should be agreed and set forth in written agreement. This will
go on to City Council for their consideration. Harrell Holder
seconded and motion carried unanimously.
