met for aispecial meeting to consider the building permit
request of Fram's Restaurant, on June 18, 1980 at 5:00 p.m.
at the City Administration Building.
Those present: Leona Newman, Chairman, James P. Nix,
Roy White, E.Jack Kirk, Pierce Frederick, Cecil Pitman,
John Parker
Mr. Joseph Fram talked to the Commission about his
planned addition. He remarked that his architect
was supposed to be present to give all the details
but the total addition amounted to 1400 sq. ft.
They were not encroaching on the parking area.
They plan to landscape. They were adding double
doors to the front. His loading would be done
iiii} the rear(which would in no way hamper the
parking). The restrooms and kitchen facilities
were adequate, he is not planning to expand them.
fie will seat about 150 and have parking for at
least 60. Bob Lunsford remarked that it met
all City codes. Cecil Pitman put in the form
of a motion, on the basis of the comments and
presentation that this be accepted and approved.
Jack Kirk seconded, and motion carried, with Mr.
Nix abstaining to vote.
There being no further business, meeting was duly
adjourned.
