A . ZC 19.08 Public hearing to consider the request of the City of Fairhope
Planning and Zoning Department for a proposed amendment
to Article V. Special Districts and Uses in the Zoning
Ordinance to establish a Greeno Road Corridor (GRC) Overlay
District.
B. ZC 20.02 Public hearing to consider the request of FST Linda Walker to
rezoned property from RA Residential/ Agriculture District to
R-1 Low Density Single Fami ly Residential District. The
property is approxim ately 7.9 acres and is located on the
south side of Morphy Avenue between Bishop Road and
County Road 13, at 8800 Morphy Avenue.
