Planning and Zoning Department for an amendment to Article V.
Special Districts and Uses in the Zoning Ordinance to establish a
Greeno Road Corridor Overlay District.
Public hearing to consider the request of Anil Vira to rezone
property from R-2 Medium Density Single Family Residential District
to B-2 General Business District. The property is located on the
north side of Fels Avenue between Fels Avenue and S. Section
Street at 303 Fels Avenue.
