The property is located on the south side of Morphy Avenue between Pecan Trace and Edington Place subdivisions. Parcel #: 05-46-05-15-0-000-003.533 05-46-05-22-0-000-001.602 05-46-05-22-0-000-001.687 B. SD 16.12 Public hearing to consider the request of Moore Surveying, Inc. for plat approval of Johnson Place, a 2-lot minor subdivision. The property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Main Street and Sibley Street in Montrose. Parcel #: 05-43-09-43-0-000-001.003 C. SD 16.13 Public hearing to consider the request of JADE Consulting, LLC for Final plat approval of Pointe Place, Phase II, an 18-lot subdivision. The property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of County Road 44 and Battles Road. Parcel #: 05-46-09-30-0-000-062.000 05-46-09-30-0-000-062.001 D. SR 16.02 Request of Hutchinson, Moore, & Rauch, LLC for Site Plan approval of the Thomas Hospital Parking Lot Addition, Phase 1 South. Civil Engineering for Site Plan approval of 108 N. Section Street. The property is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of Section Street and Pine Street. UR 16.07 Request of AT&T for an 11.52.11 Utility Review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 3,450 linear feet of innerduct in the City of Fairhope Right-of-Way. The project will run throughout Magnolia Commons, Carya Pointe, The Magnolias, Falls Creek, Gayfer Estates Plantation, Arlington Farms, Edington Place, and Idlewild subdivisions. G. UR 16.08 Request of AT&T for an 11.52.11 Utility Review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 936 linear feet of underground cable. The project will run along Washington Drive and Concord Drive in Colonial Acres. 4. Old/New Business • SD 15.28 Resubdivision of Lot 6, Phase 2 of Fairhope Village – Request for 180 day extension of the plat approval. 5. Adjourn
