A. SD 15.12 Public hearing to consider the request of Sawgrass
Consulting, LLC for Final Plat approval of Twin
Beech Estates, an 8-lot subdivision. The property
is located on the north side of County Road 44
(a.k.a. Twin Beech Road), just west of State
Highway 181.

B. SD 15.16 Request of Ercil Godwin of Sawgrass Consulting,
LLC for Preliminary Plat approval of The Highlands
at Point Clear, a 6-lot subdivision. The property is
located on the east side of Scenic Hwy. 98 just
south of Confederate Drive.

C. UR 15.07 Request of Jeff Hadley of AT&T for an 11.52.11
Utility Review and approval of the proposed
installation of approximately 3,800 linear feet of
fiber optic cable. The project will run along
Thompson Hall Road from Windmill to Sedgefield
Avenue.
D. IR 15.02 Request of Shannon McWhorter of Caldwell Banker
Reehl Properties, Inc. for an Informal Review to
rezone property located at 20040 State Highway
181 from R-2 Medium Density Single Family
Residential District to B-4 Business and Professional
District.

proposed amendment to the Subdivision
Regulations establishing Low Impact Development
