A. UR 15.05 Request of Jeff Hadley of AT&T for an 11.52.11
Utility Review and approval of the proposed
installation of approximately 922 linear feet of fiber
optic cable. The project will run along throughout
Stone Creek Villas subdivision.
B. UR 15.06 Request of Jeff Hadley of AT&T for an 11.52.11
Utility Review and approval of the proposed
installation of approximately 2,700 linear feet of
fiber optic cable. The project will run along Manley
Road and throughout Phase 2 of Saddlewood
subdivision.
C. SD 15.13 Public hearing to consider the request Trey Jinright
of JADE Consulting, LLC for Final Plat approval of
Pointe Place, a 14-lot subdivision. The property is
located on the north side of Battles Road (a.k.a.
County Road No. 44) just east of Point Clear Court.

Preliminary and Final plat approval of Old Bay
Estates, a 6-lot subdivision. The project is located
on the south side of Grass Road just east of Scenic
Hwy. 98.

Hutchinson of HMR, LLC for plat approval of the
Replat of Lot 8 & 9 of East Division of Block 47 of

the intersection of Fig Avenue and Dyson Street.
