The property is located on the north side of County Road 44 (a.k.a. Twin Beech Road) just west of Battles Road. SD 14.07 Public hearing to consider the request of Seth Moore of Moore Surveying for Preliminary and Final Plat approval of Richards Homestead, a 2-lot minor division. SR 14.01 Request of Rick Gambino for Site Plan Review of Gambino’s Italian Grill. The property is located at the southeast corner of the intersection of S. UR 14.03 Request of Terry Pratt of AT&T for an 11.52.11 Utility Review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 506 linear feet of underground fiber optic cable.
