2. Approval of November 4th, 2013 Minutes
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. UR 13.13 Request of Andrew Bobe of Preble-Rish, LLC on
behalf of the City of Fairhope for an 11.52.11 review
and approval of the proposed Fairhope Soccer
Complex. The project will be located at the
southwest corner of Manley Road and County Road
13.

B. UR 13.16 Request of Dan McCrory of the City of Fairhope
Water & Sewer Department for an 11.52.11 review
and approval of the proposed installation of
approximately 900 linear feet of 3” HDPE sewer pipe.
The project will run throughout Flying Creek
Subdivision.
C. SD 13.15 Public hearing to consider the request of Steve
Pumphrey of Preble-Rish, LLC for Preliminary and
Final Plat approval of White Avenue Subdivision, a 7-
lot minor division. The property is located at the
west end of White Avenue and runs along the bay.

D. SD 13.16 Public hearing to consider the request of Steve
Pumphrey of Preble-Rish, LLC for Preliminary Plat
approval of Sedgefield, Phase 3 & 4, a 36-lot
subdivision. The property is located on the west side
of Thompson Hall Road across from Derby Lane and
Chuckker Court.

E. SD 13.17 Public hearing to consider the request of Tim Lawley
of Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC for Preliminary
Plat approval of Watershed South, a 10-lot
subdivision. The property is located on the west side
of Battles Road (a.k.a. County Road 34), just south
of County Road 44.

F. SD 13.18 Public hearing to consider the request of Tim Lawley
of Hutchinson, Moore & Rauch, LLC for Final Plat
approval of Battles Trace at the Colony, Phase 1, a
42-lot subdivision. The property is located on the
northeast side of Battles Road (a.k.a. County Road
34) where Battles Road turns to the north.
