Consideration of Agenda Items: A. IR 13.03 Request of Matt Sankey of Inge & Associates for an Informal Review of the Resubdivision of Lot 8 of the Groves at Point Clear, a proposed two lot minor division. The property is located on the northwest corner of the intersection of County Road 13 and Bishop Road. Parcel #: 05-46-02-09-1-001-001.008 B. UR 13.06 Request of Southern Light for an 11.52.11 review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 1,351 linear feet of underground fiber optic cable. The project will run along Summit Street from Magnolia Avenue to St. James Street to service the USA Campus at 111 St. James Street. C. UR 13.07 Request of Southern Light for an 11.52.11 review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 13,385 linear feet of aerial and underground fiber optic cable. The project will run along State Hwy. 104 from US Hwy. 98 to the Church on the Eastern Shore at 10274 State Hwy. 104. D. UR 13.08 Request of the City of Fairhope Water & Sewer Department for an 11.52.11 review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 8,800 linear feet of sewer force main to service Plantation Pines Subdivision. The project will run throughout the Plantation Pines Subdivision and along County Road 13, State Hwy 104 and US Hwy. 98. E. UR 13.09 Request of the City of Fairhope Gas Department for an 11.52.11 review and approval of the proposed installation of approximately 3,000 linear feet of gas main. The project will run along Gayfer Road Extension from Meadow Brook Lane to service the Country Place Senior Living facility at 8127 Gayfer Road Extension. F. SD 13.09 Public hearing to consider the request of Steven Pumphrey of Preble-Rish, LLC for Final Plat approval of Fairhope Falls, Phase One a 147-lot subdivision. The property is located on the south side of State Highway 104, just west of Fish River. Parcel #: 05-47-03-07-0-000-001.000 05-47-03-07-0-000-002.002 05-47-03-07-0-000-002.004 05-47-03-08-0-000-003.000 05-47-03-08-0-000-003.001 05-47-03-08-0-000-004.000 G. ZC 13.03 Public hearing to consider the request of Steven Pumphrey of Preble-Rish, LLC to establish an initial zoning of PUD (Planned Unit Development) concurrent with conditional annexation into the City of Fairhope. The property is located on the south side of Battles Road just west of the intersection of Section Street and Battles Road, to be known as the Villas at Point Clear Subdivision. Parcel #:05-46-09-31-0-000-003.018 H. SD 13.10 Public hearing to consider the request of Steven Pumphrey of Preble-Rish, LLC for Preliminary Plat approval of the Villas at Point Clear, a 25-lot subdivision. The property is located on the south side of Battles Road just west of the intersection of Section Street and Battles Road, to be known at the Villas at Point Clear Subdivision.
