2. Approval of the Minutes of the September 2, 2008 Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. SR 08-01 Request of Rob Williams to modify the
pervious pavement conditions of the
previously approved Site Plan for The
Shoppes At Fairhope Village in the Fly
Creek PUD (Planned Unit Development) to
an alternative method. The property is
located on the southeast corner of U.S.
Highway 98 and Parker Road.
B. ZC 08-09 Public Hearing to consider the request of
Steve Pumphrey of Volkert & Associates,
Inc. for an amendment to the North Village
at Stone Creek PUD. The property is
located on the east side of Highway 181, just
east of where Twin Beech Road meets
Highway 181.
C. SD 06-38 Request of Steve Pumphrey of Volkert &
Associates, Inc. for extension of Preliminary
Plat approval of Stone Creek Subdivision,
Phase II. The property is located on the east
side of Highway 181, just south of Twin
Beech Road.
D. SD 07-08 Request of Jason Estes of EDS, L.L.C. for
extension of Preliminary Plat approval of
Fox Hollow Subdivision. The property is
located on the south side of Morphy
Avenue, just west of Thompson Hall Road.
E. SD 08-10 Request of Vince LaCoste of Poly
Surveying and Engineering for Minor
Subdivision approval of Langford Estates, a
4 lot division. The property is located on the
west side of Langford Road, just south of
Highway 104.
F. IR 08-06 Request of Vince LaCoste of Poly
Surveying and Engineering for Informal
Review of a 153 lot subdivision (Barrington
Subdivision). The property is located on the
west side of Langford Road, just south of
Highway 104.
G. SD 08-11 Request of Scott Hutchinson of HMR,
L.L.C. for Multiple Occupancy Project
approval of The Oaks of Fairhope. The
property is located on the west side of
Blueberry Lane, north of Fairhope Avenue.
