2. Approval of the Minutes of the March 3, 2008 Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. ZC 08-05 Request of Christopher D. Baker of HMR,
LLC for PUD (Planned Unit Development)
Amendment to the Village North PUD (The
Triangle). The property is located on the
north and south sides of where Section
Street (Eastern Shore Parkway) meets U.S.
Highway 98.
B. ZC 08-04 Request of Scott Hutchinson of HMR, LLC
for PUD (Planned Unit Development)
Amendment approval for Fairfield, Unit VI.
The property is located on the northeast
corner of Twin Beech Road and Booth
Road.
C. ZC 08-03 Request of Ray B. Moore of HMR, LLC for
Zoning Change approval from R-5 (High
Density Multi-Family Residential) to B-4
(Business and Professional Office). The
property is located on the south side of
Fairhope Avenue, just east of Hoffren Drive.
D. SD 08-04 Request of Christopher D. Baker of HMR,
LLC for Final Plat approval of Colony
Square Subdivison (A.K.A. Founder’s
Square). The property is located on the west
side of Section Street, just south of
DeLaMare Avenue.
E. SD 08-05 Request of Arthur Corte for Phase I, Final
Plat approval of the Fairhope Village at Fly
Creek Subdivision. The property is located
on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 98
and Parker Road.
F. UR 08-04 Request of Stephen Kichler of Baldwin
County Sewer Service, LLC for 11-52-11
Review of a proposed Sewer Force Main
Extension along River Creek Drive and
Danne Road.
