1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the Minutes of the November 5, 2007 Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. ZC 07-07 Request to consider the application of Scott
A. Hutchinson of HMR, LLC for a PUD
(Planned Unit Development) Amendment to
the Village North PUD (The Triangle). The
property is located on the north and south
sides of where Section Street (Eastern Shore
Parkway) meets U.S. Highway 98.
B. ZC 07-08 Request of Doug Bailey of HMR, LLC to
amend the Swim Fitness Tennis Center PUD
within the Rock Creek Subdivision. The
Property is located on the south side of
Honours Lane, just north of the Tennis
Courts in Rock Creek.
C. SD 07-42 Request of Doug Bailey of HMR, LLC for
Minor Subdivision approval of Park Lane
Town-homes Subdivision; two (2) lots are
proposed. The property is located on the
south side of Honours Lane, just north of the
Tennis Courts in Rock Creek.
D. SR 07-11 Request of Arthur Corte for Site Plan
approval of the Commercial Retail Shopping
Center in the Fly Creek PUD (Planned Unit
Development). The property is located on
the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 98 and
Parker Road.
E. SD 07-41 Request of Steve Pumphrey of Volkert and
Associates for Preliminary Plat approval for
the Fairhope Village Subdivision within the
Fly Creek PUD (Planned Unit
Development). The property is located on
the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 98 and
Parker Road.
F. SR 07-10 Request of Tom Alonzo of Suncoast Center,
LLC for Site Plan Review for the Eastbay
Plaza Office Center. The property is located
on the south side of Estella Street, just west
of Greeno Road.
G. UR 07-03 Request of Baldwin County Sewer Service,
LLC for 11-52-11 Review of a proposed
sewer force main extension along River Park
Road, Myrtle Street, River Road, Old Pierce
Road and Danne Road.
