1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the Minutes of the October 1, 2007 Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. ZC 07-05 Request to consider the application of Justin
Clements of Ivy Lane Development, LLC
for a zoning change from R-6 (Mobile
Home Park District) to PUD (Planned Unit
Development). The property is located on
the northeast corner of Morphy Avenue and
Bishop Road.
B. ZC 07-06 Request of Sister Julie Guillot of Eastern
Shore Affordable Housing for R-3 (High
Density Single-Family District) zoning
concurrent with conditional annexation for
St. Joseph’s Way. The subject property is
located at the end of New Era Lane.
C. SD 07-39 Request of Sister Julie Guillot of Eastern
Shore Affordable Housing for Preliminary
and Final Subdivision Plat approval of St.
Joseph’s Way; seven (7) lots are proposed.
The subject property is located at the end of
New Era Lane.
D. SR 07-09 Request of Trey Jinright of Jade Consulting,
LLC for Site Plan approval of a proposed
office building (Jade Professional Office
Building). The subject property is located
on the east side of Greeno Road, just south
of Gayfer Avenue.
E. SD 07-37 Request of Trey Jinright of Jade Consulting
LLC for approval of a Multiple Occupancy
Project (Crown Pointe Cottages) in the City
of Fairhope Planning Jurisdiction. The
subject property is located on the south side
of County Road 24, just west of U.S.
Highway 98.
F. SD 07-40 Request of Glenda McQuillen asking for the
City of Fairhope to vacate a reserved Right
of Way on Lot-1, Mallory Estates. The
subject property is located on the south side
of Twin Beech Road, just west of Thompson
Hall Road.
G. SD 07-36 Request of Jimmy Mason of McCrory and
Williams, Inc. for Minor/Final Plat approval
of the Jennifer Moore Merritt Subdivision;
three (3) lots are proposed. The subject
property is located on the east side of Ferry
Road, just south of County Road 32.
H. SD 07-35 Request of Steven Pumphrey of Volkert and
Associates, Inc. for Final Plat approval of
North Village at Stone Creek (PUD); four
(4) lots are within the subdivision. The
subject property is located on the east side of
Highway 181, just east of Twin Beech Road.
I. SD 07-38 Request of Scott A. Hutchinson of HMR,
LLC for Final Plat approval of Dogwood
Subdivision; eight (8) lots are within the
subdivision. The subject property is located
on the northeast corner of Valley Street and
Middle Street.
J. IR 07-12 Request of Scott A. Hutchinson of HMR,
LLC for Informal Review of proposed
amendments to the Village North PUD (The
Triangle). The property is located on the
north and south sides of where Section
Street (Eastern Shore Parkway) meets U.S.
Highway 98.
