1. Call to Order
2. Approval of the Minutes of the July 2, 2007 Meeting
3. Consideration of Agenda Items:
A. SD 07-19 Request of Laura Ledyard for Preliminary
Plat approval of Fairhope Stables. Ninety-
two (92) lots are proposed. The property is
generally located on the west side of County
Road 13, just south of County road 24.
B. SD 07-23 Request of Scott A. Hutchinson of HMR,
LLC for Final Plat approval of Magnolia
Commons, Phase I; a fifty-four (54) lot
division. The property is generally located
on the east side of County Road 13, just
north of Fairhope Avenue.
C. SD 07-26 Request of Mike Warrington of BES Inc. for
Minor Plat approval of Paul Ripp
Subdivision (Resub. Lot 6, Block 3, Bay
Meadows). Two (2) lots are proposed. The
property is generally located on the south
side of Derby Lane, just east of Thompson
Hall Road.
D. SD 07-27 Request of Mike Warrington of BES Inc. for
Minor Plat approval of Sedera Darby
Subdivision (Resub. Lot 3, Block 3, Bay
Meadows). Three (3) lots are proposed.
The property is generally located on the
north side of Derby Lane, just East of
Thompson Hall Road.
E. SD 07-28 Request of Scott A. Hutchinson for Final
Plat approval of the Willows; a fifty-four
(54) lot subdivision. The property is
generally located on the north side of
Fairhope Avenue, just east of County Road
13.
F. SD 07-29 Request of Danny Calhoun for Village
Subdivision approval of Summer Oaks
Stables. Four (4) Lots are proposed. The
property is generally located off of the south
side of Twin Beech Road, just south of
where Summer Oaks Place dead ends.
G. IR 07-05 Request of Scott A. Hutchinson of HMR,
LLC for Informal Review of a three (3) lot
subdivision (Oak Lawn) for property
generally located on the northeast corner of
U.S. Highway 98 and Nelson Road.
H. IR 07-09 Request of Jason Tickle of Daniel
Corporation for Informal Review of The
Colony at the Grand; mixture of multi-
family and residential lots are proposed.
The property is generally located on the
north side of Old Battles Road, just west of
Section Street.
I. IR 07-10 Request of Butch Brown of Cumberland
Construction for Informal Review of a
multi-family development located on the
east side of Highway 98, just south of
Southland Place Boulevard.
