"AS NOW' SET OUT IN ORDINANCE N0: 467 WHICH SAID ORDINANCE WAS ADOPTED JULY12, 1971. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, FAIRHOPE, ALA_ ,BAMA AS FOLLOWS: 4' ORDINANCE NO. 467 SHALL BE, AND THE: SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: Sectlon 1: DOMESTIC AND SMALL COMMERCIAL NATURAL GAS USERS WITHIN THE CITY.
