Motion by Mr. Field seconded by Mr. Pitman that Chairman Parker
be authorized to release Analysis Report of Planning Consultant to
the Fairhope Courier with instructions that he indioate in the be-
ginning that it is representative of only... 285 people and not the
entire Community. Motion carried.
Chairman Parker asked for decision of Case No. Z-1-74, Applioationf
for rezoning Blook 18, Volanta. Motion by Mr. Box seoonded by Dr.
F:rederlek that the Commission aooept the recommendation of the
Planning Consultant and reoommend to the City Counoil that the
applioation be denied. Motion carried.

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE SCHEDULE'QF GAS RATES IN THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA!
"AS NOW' SET OUT IN ORDINANCE N0: 467 WHICH SAID ORDINANCE WAS ADOPTED JULY12, 1971.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FAIRHOPE, FAIRHOPE, ALA_
,BAMA AS FOLLOWS: 4'
ORDINANCE NO. 467 SHALL BE, AND THE: SAME IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:
Sectlon 1: DOMESTIC AND SMALL COMMERCIAL NATURAL GAS USERS WITHIN THE CITY.
LIMITS OF FAIRHOPE, ALABAMA: 4

Section 3:'BILLING DEMAND
The Billing Demand shall be the maximum daily demand established during any
Iday of the twelve months ended with current billing.
